Spam (links)

Spam is an immoral technique to improve ranking in search engines. Spam is used dishonestly to raise the amount of external links to trick the search engines in order to get a higher ranking.

Definition

This technique involves inserting links through an automatic programming processes. In this way makes your website look better positioning on search engines without actually getting the links on the page and the number of links from external websites.

this technique can also be used to destroy a rival web seo positioning,google don´t like the link spam and sometimes can do the opposite effect.

Techniques used:

Hidden on the text :

Using the same background color to keywords, or place them in an area of the page that has been defined as an invisible using CSS or hide behind an image. In this way the user can not see these words, does not affect the user's normal reading, but are visible to search engines.

Mention keywords :

This technique uses the keywords over and over without any real content. It is used along with the method of hiding in the text. They also advertise these keywords at the bottom of the page as tags.
